Acid TV stands a reasonable chance of getting back on Sky, provided they can raise the funds.
Having sought out a decent outlet for their brand of trippy visuals and banging tunes following the demise of MKTV, Acid TV are close to finalising a deal which could see them back on the Sky platform once more.
The deal, which would see them on telly on Friday Saturday and Sunday nights, requires an amount of money, which is initially hoped can be raised through sponsorship and advertising.
The creative MK collective are seeking advertisers from as little as £150 a month, for four adverts, or £50 a peice for individual slots. This rises to £1500 a month for program sponsorship and in return the collective promise 'there are further incentives - such as features and additional advertising' that can be shown alongside their original programme output to help sweeten the deal.
If all goes to plan, the program makers hope to be aired before the end of the year.
